The first stop on their expedition was the world of Champagne, where they were hosted by two prestigious Champagne houses - Mercier and Pommery. As they entered the cellar, they were transported into a world of elegance, and history. The students learned about the intricate process of creating Champagne, from the vineyards where the finest grapes are grown to the cellars where the magic of fermentation takes place. They discovered the art of blending and aging, which results in the distinct and celebrated flavours that have made Champagne an epitome of luxury.

Switzerland, a land synonymous with precision, luxury, and mouthwatering delicacies, proved to be an unforgettable destination for the students of MGLuxM Batch 11. As they embarked on a journey to the heart of Swiss expertise, they were in for an educational and enriching experience like no other. With an opportunity to explore the realms of watchmaking and chocolate craftsmanship, these aspiring connoisseurs refined their knowledge, skills, and appreciation for the finest art forms.

The first stop on their immersive journey was at the renowned Swiss watchmaking brands Omega and Louis Moinet. Stepping into the workshops of these esteemed companies was like stepping back in time, witnessing the legacy and passion for horology that have been passed down through generations. The students had the opportunity to see firsthand the complex watchmaking process, in which each component is painstakingly put together with the utmost precision and attention to detail. They learned the core of the unmatched craftsmanship of Swiss watchmaking from the gears and springs to the hands and dials.

The graduation ceremony for Batch-10 held on June 9th, 2023, at the Polimi Graduate School of Management campus in Milan was a momentous occasion, filled with pride and joy.
