FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Does SP Jain require students to take an English language test?
All applicants must have completed their education in English and must provide certified evidence to the School.
Applicants who have not completed their most recent education qualifications in English are required to take any of the recognised formal English language tests and obtain currently valid minimum scores as listed in the Postgraduate Admission and Selection Policy.
International applicants (including those who have completed their most recent education qualifications in English) who are undertaking study at our Sydney campus may need to meet the English language test requirements detailed by the Australian Government to obtain their student visas. For more information, please click here.
I am currently working in Dubai/Singapore/Sydney/Mumbai. Can I work and pursue the GMBA program at the same time or will I need to quit my job?
GMBA is a full-time program and does not permit students to work and study at the same time. Should candidates wish to pursue a part-time MBA, they may apply for SP Jain’s Executive MBA in either Dubai, Singapore, Sydney or Mumbai.
I have applied for a passport but have not received it yet. Can I still apply?
Yes, you can still apply. However, for the June 2021 intake, you need to have your passport in hand by April 10, 2021, as we need it to process your student visas.
Why is the GMBA program’s duration only one year, not two?
Our GMBA program is designed for professionals who wish to take as little time off as possible. While some MBAs are two-year programs, ours takes fewer holidays and compresses classes into a shorter period of time. We cover the same material as two-year MBAs offered at other schools.
Does SP Jain hold information sessions?
Yes, SP Jain holds several engaging sessions for students where they are able to interact with the program personnel, ask questions and get all their queries resolved. For more details on events, see Information Sessions.
