How did a girl from Florence find her path to studying in an Australian business school like SP Jain Global?

Well, that’s my journey. I grew up in Florence, Italy, surrounded by art, history, and a way of life that taught me to appreciate beauty in the small things. After my studies, I began working in Rome in a consulting company, building my professional path step by step. I enjoyed my work, but at some point I realised that I wanted something more: broader international exposure, the opportunity to experience different cultures, and the chance to grow in a truly global environment. That is when I started searching for a Global MBA, something that would allow me to live in different countries, learn from diverse perspectives, and challenge myself personally and professionally.

Where education meets impact: A journey of leadership, social responsibility, and purpose

Some of the most impactful leaders are not always the ones standing on stage. Often, they are the ones quietly ensuring that everything works.
At the beginning of my SP Jain Global journey, I was excited about what I would learn over the next four months and how it would shape my professional mindset.

Unlearning to lead: How the EMBA changed my view of technology and leadership

“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence – it is to act with yesterday’s logic” This line by Peter Drucker stayed with me because it captured something I had begun to feel but could not clearly express.
