Dr Shalini Chandra, Assistant Professor (BBA), recently published an article on ‘What Should Managers Do To Increase Tech Employees’ Work Performance And Retention Rate?’ in Today’s Manager (Issue 3).

In the article, Dr Shalini shares her expertise on how organisational productivity and staff retention will increase when firms and leaders strategise around what IT employees truly seek from their work.

Focusing on how to offer employees the opportunities to develop, Dr Shalini said, "Past research suggests that developing acts of collaboration, cooperation, and gestures of goodwill amongst the employees, termed as 'Organisation Citizenship Behaviour [OCB], help facilitate employee motivation and retention.
