SP Jain Global's MGB graduates report 4x salary growth, with 65% securing international placements

 
 
 

Technology accounts for 42% of placements. Apple, Deloitte, Hilti, Aon, Siemens, Dabur, and Grant Thornton feature among top recruiters.

SP Jain School of Global Management is pleased to share placement outcomes for its Master of Global Business (MGB) program for the period of May 2025 to May 2026.

Nearly two thirds of graduates are starting their careers outside India, with 65.26% securing international placements and 84.36% completing international internships.

On compensation, graduates with pre-program work experience reported a 4-fold increase in post-program earnings. The batch recorded a highest package of INR 58.16 lakhs against an average of INR 23.42 lakhs.

Technology emerged as the dominant hiring sector, accounting for 42% of placements, reflecting growing employer demand for management professionals who can work at the intersection of business and technology. Financial services and manufacturing followed at 16% each, with consulting at 13%.

Recruiters this year spanned global organizations and high-growth companies across sectors, including Apple, Deloitte, DP World, CEVA Logistics, Grant Thornton, Hilti, Becton Dickinson, Aon, Siemens Healthineers, Andersen, Protiviti, Frost & Sullivan, Puma, Jones Lang LaSalle, Honeywell, Dabur, Himalaya Wellness, Henkel, Swiggy, Nothing Technology, and Urban Company, among others.
