Dr Tarun Pasricha, Deputy Director (Undergraduate Programs), on 10^th September 2018 authored an article in YourStory titled ‘B-school Placements – Look Beyond Your First Salary’.

The article highlights how students looking for a job fresh out of business school should take a chance with organisations that offer a great learning experience, rather than merely the highest salary. Dr Pasricha writes that millennials must look for companies that offer exposure in all functional areas of a business and allows one to take decisions. He points out that such exposure will yield higher salary packages years down the road.
