Forbes Ranks SP Jain Among the TOP 20 in the World

SP Jain’s Global MBA program has been ranked among the TOP 20 in Forbes’ 2017 ranking of the world’s Best 1-year International MBA programs – making us the only school of Indian origin to feature in this coveted ranking. This is the fifth year in a row now that SP Jain has occupied a spot in the list that includes MBA programs of highly prestigious institutions like IMD, INSEAD, IE, Cambridge, Oxford, Warwick and Imperial. You can read more about the rankings here.

“Campus placements are often used to measure a School’s success. However, top rankings like Forbes, Financial Times and The Economist measure graduate outcomes over a period of time. This is a much better measure of success as they consider student growth over a 5-years period (post graduation), and not just starting salaries,” shares Mr. Nitish Jain (President, SP Jain Global). “Our ranking among the world’s best business schools by reputed international publications is a direct reflection of how well our graduates have been able to perform.” Today, graduates of the 11-year-old Global MBA program are working at organisations like the Boston Consulting Group, P&G, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Uber, Unilever, Apple, World Economic Forum, Nike and Barclays, all global corporations.

The rankings are just further proof that our unique multi-campus education model, that defies the rules of traditional learning, has resonated with students and businesses around the world. The exposure of living, studying and working in no less than 3 countries brings essential international experience, versatility, and cultural awareness to the SP Jain graduates. They conduct projects with top companies, interact with business leaders and thinkers, go on cultural tours and gain the global skills that most employers covet – skills that are proven to lead to better job opportunities, salaries, and better graduate outcomes.

The Forbes MBA rankings, along with Financial Times and The Economist, are among the most prestigious MBA rankings in the world, and SP Jain Global is the only business school of Indian origin to have been featured in all three. Despite its young presence, SP Jain has carved a niche for itself as a global higher education provider. With a prime focus on innovation, the school has been known for pioneering and offering some of the world’s only tri-city undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the last several years. Evolving with the world and the advancing technologies of today, technology – Emerging Technologies – in particular, will set the stage for the next chapter of our story. We will continue to grow and create courses and curriculum that are relevant and modern, crafting global leaders of the 21st Century.
