SP Jain's Master in Global Luxury Goods & Services Management (MGLuxM) hosted an offline and online Campus Drive for our students (present and alumni) in the first quarter of this year with one of the most prestigious brands in the luxury domain, Reliance Brands Limited (RBL).
A two-member panel visited our campus from RBL headquarters. The panel included:

- Dhananjay Koli, Human Resource Business Partner - Reliance Brands Limited
The day began with a meet and greet session between the team and the students, followed by a presentation by the RBL Team. They spoke about their company culture and the diverse opportunities available in India. The session concluded with a Q&A session where students had the opportunity to ask any questions and clear their doubts.
Subsequently, face-to-face interviews were conducted with each candidate who wished to apply to the company. This allowed them to personally interact with the brand and undergo evaluation on an individual level.
It was a valuable learning opportunity for our students, providing them with insights into the operations of one of the largest companies in the luxury world.
