LEARN TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS EXPONENTIALLY
SP Jain’s Global Advanced Management Program (GAMP) is a 12-month certificate program designed to equip individuals deeply involved in business with new-age skills, knowledge and global exposure to drive their business to the next level.
The program is offered in a blended learning format which comprises online classes delivered using SP Jain’s cutting-edge Engaged Learning Online (ELO) technology and face-to-face classes in dynamic business hubs like Dubai, Mumbai, Delhi and Singapore, including industrial visits in these cities and Japan and South Korea.
You will learn practical aspects of global business management and explore how technologies such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things are enabling new ideas, decisions and business models, and apply them within the context of your business and witness the impact.
Note: This program is not recognised by TEQSA, ASQA or any regulatory body in India or overseas, and does not lead to a qualification recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
You have a career of about three to four decades ahead of you. In coming times, no business can remain aloof from the winds of globalisation. At SP Jain, through sessions at our very own campus in Dubai, you will learn about business in the Middle East and through sessions at our state-of-the-art campus in Singapore, you will be exposed to business in the Far East. Similarly, technology will not spare any business and the program will help you grasp the essence of incorporating technology to transform your business. In short, you will graduate as a global, tech-savvy businessperson.
In our experience of working with over 4,000 students from family businesses, we know how you learn. And, it is not through exams or by attending one-way lectures, but through engaging, relevant and hands-on learning experiences. That is what makes SP Jain’s Global FMB so unique and most appropriate for new-age people like you.
I chose SP Jain’s Global FMB program because of the experienced faculty. The program’s tri-city model has helped me in my personal transformation journey. The one year I spent at SP Jain has made me grow immensely as a person. I have learnt to understand businesses from different perspectives. It has also helped me become more organised, manage my finances and make better business decisions.
The USP of SP Jain’s Global FMB program is the experienced and qualified faculty. Initially, I was under business training. During the program, I gradually took control of some key responsibilities in the business. After successfully completing the course, I started implementing what I learnt and gained confidence and greater control in the business.
The focus of the program was on the challenges ‘new-gen’ business owners, like me, face. So, the emphasis in the classroom was largely on the practical implications of culture, globalisation and technology innovation on business versus just developing theory-based knowledge. The most impressive part of the program was its faculty who worked on improving rather than changing the way we run our businesses. They helped us understand that in order to be successful, we need to create a “winning experience” for our customers.
Each interaction and each lesson has left a lasting impact on my growth as a business owner. The Toyota, Hyundai and Samsung industrial visits we undertook in South Korea and Japan were eye-opening, and so were the opportunities to interact, network and build professional connections with the CEOs and leaders of such iconic brands.
SP Jain has played a significant role in shaping the way ahead for my family businesses – Aarambh Life Science (pharmaceutical raw materials manufacturing company) and MarchVET (veterinary products manufacturing company). The Global FMB program trained me to become a business leader and I started thinking of ways to minimise costs and increase profits. My family has welcomed the changes I have brought about in the businesses and adapted to them. The program’s tri-city format also ensured I gained global exposure.
12 months at SP Jain completely changed my mindset as I got to know my business and the role of my family in it better. It also made me appreciate and value the hard work that our mentors have put in. Today, lessons from this course allow me to persuade others, reconcile differing viewpoints and make rational business decisions. As I move forward to create value in the corporate world, I will always remember what I learnt in this course, the main one being: sale is vanity, cash is reality and profit is sanity.
