Nestled amidst the vibrant streets of Mumbai, the St. Regis Mumbai stands as a symbol of luxury and sophistication. On February 5, students of MScHBL Batch 1 and MGLuxM Batch 13 had the privilege of exploring this prestigious haven of hospitality.

Under the guidance of professionals and accompanied by St. Regis staff, students gained exclusive insights into the inner workings of this premier luxury hotel. Engaging with the hotel's higher management and the Head Chef was a highlight of their experience, providing invaluable knowledge about strategic positioning, service standards, and guest experience initiatives. It was followed by a 5-course meal at their signature restaurants, Sahib Room and Sette Mara.

As the students walked through the hallways of the St. Regis Mumbai, they were captivated by the careful attention given to every part of the hotel. From the beautiful rooms to the amazing food prepared by the Head Chef, everything was made with great care to make guests feel luxurious and elegant.
