They visited BMW Bavaria Motors, an authorised BMW dealership and service centre in Pune. It was a great opportunity as they acquired an in-depth understanding of the automobile industry and the BMW world.
The MGLuxM students got a chance to experience BMW - the ultimate driving machine, firsthand on January 9, 2023. They visited BMW Bavaria Motors, an authorised BMW dealership and service centre in Pune. It was a great opportunity as they acquired an in-depth understanding of the automobile industry and the BMW world.
Mr Mushabbar Lakdawala (Head of Aftersales, Bavaria Motors) and Mr Varun Mudgil (CEO of Bavaria Motors) shared insights on how BMW has become one of the leading car companies in the world. They further spoke about how they strive to work towards their motto of always giving the customers the best experience.
The students learned about the service flow chart of the store and how the latter intends to optimise operations to increase efficiency.
The industry visit ended with a Power Talk session led by Mr Vishal Agarwal (Chairman, BMW Bavaria Motors) and Mr Aniruddha Bhagwat (Group Head, Marketing and Communications). They helped the students understand the luxury world of cars and the opportunities one can explore in this industry.
