- *To facilitate coverage of health insurance during your stay in Australia (a mandatory requirement for the Australian Student Visa), the School has tied up with Bupa, Australia for the OSHC policy. The premium for 2.5 years is to be paid upfront as it is mandatory to take the policy for 2.5 years.
- Health insurance charges mentioned are indicative. Actual figures will be billed at the commencement of each year.
- Compulsory Program Fees (Tuition and Non-Tuition) detailed above do not include:
- Airfare
- Housing or other living expenses
- Personal laptop required for study
Students who are transferring from BBA to BEC will have to pay a fee of AUD 17400 towards Semester 3 of year 1 in Sydney apart from year 2 and year 3 fees. The timeline for the payments will be informed during semester 2 of the BBA program.
Note - If government regulations do not permit face-to-face delivery, the school may deliver the course online to ensure uninterrupted student learning and completion, with no change in fees.
Visa
Australia visa: Students would be personally responsible for obtaining the visa. Visa fees would be paid by students as applicable. Students are required to demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses towards tuition fees, living, travel and/or any other personal expenses. Additional Non-Tuition Fees (non-mandatory)
Students who do not satisfactorily complete a subject may have an opportunity to repeat the subject via independent studies or may be asked to take retests. The exact fees for independent studies, retests, etc. are set out in the Student Handbook and are listed below:

Living Costs
We estimate that one would spend the amount listed below, per month, on living costs (food and travel). These are indicative costs and are subject to an individual's lifestyle.

Payment Details
- Advance Acceptance fee are payable per the due date that will be given in the offer letter.
- This Advance Acceptance Fee will be a part of the Tuition fees payable by you. Kindly take note that the Advance Acceptance Fee shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
- The tuition fees are to be paid in 2 instalments – 50% per semester.
- Where a student chooses, more than 50% of tuition fees can be paid before the program commences.
- Due dates for semester fee payments are:
- Semester 1: December 01, 2026
- Semester 2: April 01, 2027
- Semester 3: July 01, 2027
- All other fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of the program/academic year.
- The School shall levy interest @ 15% p.a. for all fees received after the due date.
- Non-payment of fees may lead to cancellation of Admission.
- We do not accept payments in cash. For any payment made towards your program fees, you will receive a receipt authorised by the SP Jain Accounts Department.
- Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the School.
Refund Policy
- Please refer to the School’s International Student Refund Policy.
- Please refer to the School’s Domestic Student Refund Policy. Note that this policy does not apply to international students studying onshore in Australia on a student visa.
Scholarships
SP Jain, in its endeavour to encourage meritorious students to excel further in their academic and career paths, is inclined (without any commitment) to offer scholarships to selective candidates joining its undergraduate programs.
- **Housing costs indicated for Sydney are indicative and actual costs will be advised at the commencement of each year.
- It is not mandatory for students to stay on campus in Sydney, but it is highly recommended.
- If a student wishes to, they can make their own accommodation arrangement.
- Housing through SP Jain will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Housing fees for the entire year are to be paid by August 15, 2020. Fees cannot be paid per semester.
- Interest at the rate of 15% p.a. will be charged for payments received after August 15, 2020.
- Student Housing Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
- Accommodation will be made available 2 days before the start of orientation and up to 2 days after the end of the academic year.
- If a student requires housing during the semester/summer break, they must inform the School in advance and the School will try and accommodate them.
- There will be an additional cost for stay during the semester/summer break.
- The student housing fees do not include meal costs.
- Any student found violating the code of conduct in SP Jain's accommodation may be asked to vacate the hostel premises without any prior notice and without refund of hostel fees paid.
