  • Business Simulation on Post Merger Integration targeting Senior Executives of Acquirers (at Tata Interactive Systems)
  • Manual / Tool-kit (with FAQs & Ready-to-Use Templates) on Financial Management and Accounting for NGOs targeting Senior Executives and F&A Personnel (for Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy)
  • A revenue-generating website (entire content & structure) targeting Non-Resident Indians or NRIs (for an accounting firm, KDP) 
  • Enabled the home textile client I consulted > 3 years successfully raise US$ 6 mn. of Private Equity at the end of the engagement
  • Developed a website (for the accounting firm KDP in 2004) that continues to attract NRI clients and generate revenue 
  • Awarded as A+ performer at Tata Interactive Systems (<2% of the executives rated A+)
  • Got top MNCs & Indian companies to buy products from fair trade certified farmer groups, promoted to the position of CEO in <4 years and converted the Fair Trade Start-up from a NGO to a self-sustaining social enterprise
  • Set up new systems (e.g. performance management for students, handheld biometric attendance with a customised software at zero cost), led creation of enduring marketing assets (e.g. alumni videos) for the GFMB program
