When I embarked on my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at SP Jain School of Global Management, I was certain the experience would go above-and-beyond that of a regular degree. Hi, my name is Trisha Mukherjee, and I am a final-year student in the Bachelor of Data Science (BDS) program at SP Jain School of Global Management. It is with immense pride that I share the journey of my research paper, which was recently accepted for presentation at the prestigious IEEE ASIANCON 2025 conference. From the initial concept to the final presentation, this experience has been a significant milestone in my academic career, and I am grateful for the support I received along the way.

My name is Eunhee Shin, but people call me Emily. That’s the thing about being a global-minded Korean living abroad — you feel connected to Korea as your home country, but no less connected to the rest of the world.

Coming from a Commerce background, and then transitioning into the world of data and technology wasn’t easy at first—but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I still remember the nervous excitement I felt when I opened my first Python file or wrote my first SQL query. It was all new, but I was eager to learn.

My journey has been anything but conventional. I started out as a BBA student at SP Jain Global, chasing curiosity and purpose across three continents — Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney. This experience shaped me into a truly global thinker, and more importantly, a grounded human being. Post-SP Jain Global, I entered the corporate world with Deloitte Australia where I was promoted four times in 2.5 years, eventually leading a team of 27 in the Investment Banking division.
