Our SP Jain alumnus, Shubham Kedia, from the BBA ’14 batch, is an example of a passionate entrepreneur who turned down two major corporate roles and chose to start a business of his own. Read on to know more about his journey.

Transitioning to college life, far away from the comfort of home, is a difficult journey for most students. As they embark on their own, many move away from family and friends for the first time.

This year, as many new students start their global undergraduate journey with SP Jain, here are a few heartfelt messages their parents shared for them.

Nguyen Hoang (BDS Intake of 2019), popularly known among his classmates as Louis, just completed his Year 1 at SP Jain and landed an internship at AI Australia, a dynamic Sydney-based brand committed to seeing artificial intelligence change the way we live and work. Having learnt the basics of accountancy right in his Grade 7, Manas Sarda (BBA Class of 2020) always knew that he had a calling for business. “My father started our family business from scratch when I was a kid,” Manas shares. “I have seen him spend sleepless nights trying to grow the business and I’ve seen him fail. But the best thing I liked about dad was how he never gave up. He treated each morning as a fresh start, and that is what inspired me to follow his footsteps.”
