In August 2024, I resigned from a job I was genuinely good at. Three years at Celebal Technologies had moved me through four roles, from intern to associate consultant — Microsoft Bot Framework chatbots, an internal SAP assistant running inside Teams, MIS reporting modules, data APIs.

I started my Executive MBA at SP Jain Global in 2020 while working in plant quality at a cold rolling mill. My world at that point was specifications, tolerances, and process control. Today, I lead business development and commercial functions for wind energy O&M at Suzlon. The distance between those two roles was covered by the EMBA, and more specifically by the change in thinking it forced.

Looking back at my time at SP Jain Global, the experiences that shaped me most weren't the ones I expected.
I'm now a Senior Market Research Officer at Sharjah Cooperative Society, one of the UAE's largest consumer cooperatives.
