  • Industry: Analysis of the market forces impacting the industry in which the family business operates
  • Customer: Segmental analysis by customer, product/service and market/geography
  • Operations: Analysis of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain/operations
  • People: Analysis of work culture including people dynamics
  • Money: Comprehensive financial analysis including the trend in sales and profitability
  • Family: Family business interface including family conflicts and succession planning
  • Self: Holistic analysis of the business owner/s including their appetite for growth and change
