The MGB’s tri-city model allows students to expand their horizons in three of the most stimulating corporate environments in the world – Dubai, Singapore and Sydney. A blended pedagogy that focuses on simulations, group-work and real-world case studies, along with the internship, ensures holistic learning and overall development of analytical, managerial, risk-management and leadership skills.

S P Jain's Global MBA is a one-year, full-time residential program, designed for mature students with at least three years of work experience. The program uses a unique, tri-city model. Students spend four months each in Sydney, Dubai, and Singapore.

The program helps graduates become effective decision-makers and communicators, essential qualities for today's leaders. The curriculum is taught by world-class faculty.

A number of top companies engage students in live projects. These projects serve as a platform to put classroom learning into practice.

S P Jain has seven multinational Career Services offices (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, and Sydney). Students can choose where they wish to work.

Psychometrics in Indian Organizations#News

Organizations have been focusing on measuring technical skills only for promoting and developing leaders. Assessing behaviors was a factor of judgment. Increasingly, organizations have realized that behaviors play an important part of an individual’s performance and require a more objective approach. Hence, psychometric assessments are increasingly gaining importance to facilitate movement of individuals from one role to another – reported “Psychometrics in Indian Organizations”, a study initiated by the Tata Strategic Management Group and co-authored by Gunjan Shroff, an S P Jain alumnus and Associate Consultant – Organizational Effectiveness, Tata Strategic Management Group. The study also identified that the adoption rate of psychometrics in Indian companies could increase to 87% by 2016, from the current 50%.
