SASH Training

Consent Matters: Boundaries, Respect, and Positive Intervention

Consent Matters is an online module (1-hour duration) developed by Epigeum addressing sexual harassment and sexual assault that all students and staff are required to complete. All students are mandatorily required to complete the module prior to course commencement and show evidence. The module provides introductory content on recognising a problem (including basic consent/bystander behaviours), responding to disclosures by others, referring to appropriate support services, and reporting to the University and other agencies.

Responding to Disclosures

This is a higher-level training on how to respond, refer and report for cases of sexual harassment and sexual assault. It is pitched at those people most likely to be sought out because of their designated positions, including Counsellors and Head/Director of Campus.
