Key highlights of the curriculum at S P Jain
  • A focus on decision-making.
  • Emphasis on communication, leadership, and personality development.
  • A classroom akin to a discussion laboratory for discovery-based learning.
  • Applications-based assignments.
  • A portfolio program that enables students to showcase their competencies to prospective employers.
  • Expectation of professionalism and ethics (behavioral) through the course of the program.
To fulfill the requirements of the Global MBA degree, students complete 46 credits in one year, with more than 800 hours dedicated to classroom interaction. Students spend 5 days per week, 4 hours per day in class. They dedicate at least 4.5 additional hours a week to three Passport to Excellence small-group workshops of 1.5 hours each.

Textbook learning is balanced with a more engaged (performance-enhanced) learning environment. The residential nature of the program enables students to pursue self-directed learning and to reflect upon the content of lectures and associated readings.
