Meet Dr CJ Meadows, Professor and Director of i2e - The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center & Head of GMBA - Consulting Management, at SP Jain School of Global Management.

Dr CJ Meadows holds a Doctorate in Business Administration & IT from Harvard Business School and has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, coach, entrepreneur, eBusiness builder, innovation lab co-founder, and Accenture IT & Business Strategy consultant.

Awarded as one of Asia's Top-10 Women in IT, Dr. Meadows leads a Design Thinking & Innovation Center at a Forbes Top-20 International Business School, creating growth initiatives at the intersection of IT, business strategy, and design. Her research, consulting, and coaching focus on Leadership & Creativity.

She co-founded an Advanced Technology Think Tank & Tinker Lab, envisioning the Future of Work (FoW) and Education, applying AI, biometrics, and other advanced technologies to leadership development, team productivity, and group innovation.

So what does life look like for Dr CJ Meadows, inside and outside the SPJ classroom? We caught up with her over a quick interview to find out.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Dr Meadows: Mom to 4 fabulous teenagers, shark diver & photographer.

What sort of morning routine do you have to get jazzed for class?

Dr Meadows: My morning routine comprises of prayer, coffee, yogalates or aerobics.

Could you tell us a fun fact about you? What would students be surprised to find out about you?

Dr Meadows: I co-founded The Tiger Center with family, friends, and community. We help tigers, environment, and people and just got funding for 10k-30k patient visits over the next three years in a place with no healthcare for 60km.
