This journey so far has been nothing short of transformational — shaped by roots, resilience, and a relentless drive to grow.
I began my academic journey in Sagar, Karnataka, at St. Joseph's English Medium School. I then attended pre-university at Alvas, Moodbidri, and received a B.Com from Poornaprajna College, Udupi (Mangalore University). I also pursued a diploma in Air Transport Fundamentals from IATA, driven by a lifelong passion for aviation.
From Local Roots to Global Routes – My Evolving Journey

That passion led to an internship at Mangalore International Airport, where I gained operational insights from the ground up. I then worked for 1.7 years at Infosys and Tech Mahindra, which gave me structure, discipline, and corporate maturity. But I knew I wanted more — to grow personally and professionally globally.
I opted for the Singapore–Dubai twin city track with SP Jain Global, and each city gave me a unique lens through which to learn and grow.
In Singapore, I was struck by the efficiency, cleanliness, and disciplined work culture. I loved how the college and hostel were in the same building — it made group assignments, library visits, and SBR prep incredibly seamless.
From visits to the URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) and Gardens by the Bay, to the Night Safari, Universal Studios, and the FinTech Festival, every Global Learning (GL) activity enriched my learning far beyond the classroom.
In Dubai, the scale of global business truly came alive. From desert safaris and Ferrari World to business conclaves, ICCA culinary challenges, and student tournaments, Dubai offered an unbeatable blend of business exposure and cultural discovery. Returning for Term 3 allowed me to build stronger bonds, take on leadership roles, and further explore Dubai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
I proudly joined the Social Media Team in both Singapore and Dubai, capturing student life and GL moments through videos, reels, and creative edits. As a member of the Placement Committee (Placom), I worked closely with peers and staff on recruiter relations, resume evaluations, and placement strategy planning. This role helped me understand how to align academic experience with industry expectations and what global employers truly look for.
Living and studying in two countries, using Singapore Dollars (SGD) and UAE Dirhams (AED), taught me more than just conversion rates. From tipping customs to business etiquette, dietary habits, and even climate shifts, I learned to adapt quickly and effectively.
Coming from a corporate setup, re-adapting to hostel life was a shift — but it became one of the most memorable parts. From chai sessions and cricket screenings to late-night case prep, I built friendships with classmates worldwide — each interaction helping me grow more empathetic, agile, and inclusive.
In Dubai, we dove into live business simulations like Markstrat, mentored by Dean Dr Balakrishnan Grandhi. We also worked on Global Immersion Projects with real companies across the Middle East, applying classroom theory to practical business challenges.
One of the highlights was pitching ‘Skippr’, our AI-based smart queuing and gamification startup idea — applying what we learned in Blue Ocean Strategy, STP, and digital innovation frameworks.
A special thank you to Dr Umesh Kothari for helping us master Blue Ocean Strategy — and to all the professors who challenged us to think deeper, act ethically, and lead boldly.
From airport terminals to boardrooms, tech roles to startup pitches, and local roots to global routes, this journey has redefined who I am and what I aspire to become.
The MGB program has equipped me with a global business mindset, digital fluency, and a robust network that spans countries and cultures.
I’m excited to explore global roles in marketing, strategy, and digital innovation — particularly in sectors where technology and customer experience intersect, such as retail-tech, fashion-tech, or platform-based businesses. My goal is to contribute to high-impact, fast-moving teams where I can blend creative thinking with strategic execution — while continuing to grow as a content creator, global collaborator, and future leader. Thank you, SP Jain Global, for giving me a global stage and a purpose worth pursuing. Here’s to learning, scaling, and dreaming global.
