What your 2-year journey will look like
The MoM program is structured as a clear, progressive journey that builds your capability step by step over two years of on-campus study in Australia.
Year 1: Building strong foundations
In the first year, you’ll focus on developing core management knowledge and skills that apply across industries and functions. This includes management and leadership, strategy, accounting and finance, data and technology literacy, and organisational decision-making.
The emphasis is on understanding how businesses operate, how managers think, and how decisions are made in complex environments. You’ll also begin adapting to academic and professional expectations in an Australian learning context.
Year 2: Applying, specialising, and integrating
In the second year, learning becomes more applied and focused. You’ll deepen your expertise through advanced units and choose a specialisation aligned with your interests and goals, or pursue a general management pathway through electives.
This phase culminates in a capstone strategy unit and simulation, where you’ll integrate what you’ve learned to analyse real-world business scenarios, work through ambiguity, and make informed managerial decisions.
Across both years, the program is designed to help you build confidence, perspective, and readiness for the next stage of your professional journey.
