Your safety, comfort and convenience are our priorities. Year 1 aspirants can now choose to:

  • Study all 4 years on campus in Mumbai or online, or
  • Study Years 1 and 2 on campus in Dubai/Singapore and Years 3 and 4 on campus in Sydney, or
  • Customise their learning for each year by choosing which campus to study in from the options available or study online with the flexibility to switch between online and on-campus.

 

TRANSFER INTO SP JAIN AND BE CLOSER HOME

For students who are already enrolled in a university in regions like US/UK/Europe, and would want to avoid the risk of travelling there, a distinct advantage of transferring into SP Jain is that you will be studying in a more reassuring environment closer to your home, family and friends.

 

EARN TRANSFERRABLE CREDITS

The credits you earn during Year 1/Year 2/Year 3 at SP Jain are transferrable. Students have the option to return to the university they had originally enrolled in (when it is safe to do so) by keeping the credits they earned at SP Jain and complete the rest of their undergraduate education.

  • *Includes various administrative costs like subscriptions, software, internet, database management, learning management systems, etc. This is an annual charge and cannot be pro-rated. The Annual Registration Fee once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstance.
  • **Includes e-books, course materials, cases, simulations.
  • ***Out-of-classroom activities include curated industry visits, guest sessions and networking meets, and cultural, philanthropic and social engagement activities/events aimed at enhancing the holistic student life experience.
  • ****To facilitate coverage of health insurance during your stay in Australia (a mandatory requirement for the Australian Student Visa), the School has tied up with Bupa, Australia for the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) policy. The premium for the duration of study in Australia is to be paid upfront as it is mandatory to take the policy for the duration of study in Australia.
  • Health insurance charges mentioned are indicative. Actual figures would be billed at the commencement of each year.
  • VAT @ 5% is charged on the applicable component for Dubai.
  • Mumbai fees are inclusive of GST @ 18%.

Visas

  • Dubai and Singapore visa:

    • Exception – Students who do not need a visa for Dubai or Singapore (e.g. residents/PR holders, etc.) need not pay visa charges.
    • On completing the program in Dubai, the visa would need to be cancelled. The visa charge covers the cancellation charge.
    • Visa process for Dubai and Singapore would be facilitated by SP Jain on receipt of all fees.
  • Australia visa:

    Students would be personally responsible for obtaining the visa. Visa fees would be paid by students as applicable. Students are required to demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses towards tuition fees, living, travel and/or any other personal expenses. We recommend that students familiarise themselves of the visa requirements to ensure their eligibility for issuance of a student visa. Click here for full details on student visas for Australia.

  • Registration fees are payable each year along with the first semester fees for the year.
  • The tuition fees are to be paid in 2 instalments – 50% per semester.
  • All other fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of the program/academic year.
  • We do not accept payments in cash. For any payment made towards your program fees, you will receive a receipt authorised by the SP Jain Accounts Department.
  • Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the School.
  • Compulsory Program Fees (tuition and non-tuition) detailed above do not include:

    • Airfare
    • Housing or other living expenses
    • Personal laptop required for study
  • Post completion of your degree, should you require KHDA attestation for your degree and transcripts (for students living or proposing to work in Dubai, UAE), the certificates will be given to you after the attestation which will take a month from your date of graduation. There is a cost to be borne by students for the KHDA attestation which will be communicated to you at the time of graduation (at present, the cost is AED 220).

 

Additional Non-Tuition Fees (non-mandatory)

 

Students who do not satisfactorily complete a subject may have an opportunity to repeat the subject via independent studies or may be asked to take retests. The exact fees for independent studies, retests, etc. are set out in the Student Handbook and are listed below:

  • Where a student chooses, more than 50% of tuition fees can be paid before the program commences.

  • All other fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of the program/academic year.
  • The School shall levy interest @ 15% p.a. for all fees received after the due date.
