S P Jain’s Retail Management is an 8-month professional program designed to equip participants with the essentials of retail management knowledge, international retailing expertise, brand development and operating in a global environment. The program follows a unique structure that exposes students to an in-depth understanding of the retail industry using textual readings, case studies and practical insights and management skills supported by real-world simulations leading to rewarding careers in the retail industry.

The program is designed to enhance learning by judiciously mixing classroom contact with practical assignments that the participants can implement at their workplace. The program consists of 10 credits (160 sessions) spread over 4 modules that cover personality growth, principles of general management and the strategic, as well as operational aspects of retail management. Each module is supported by textual readings, cases studies and real-world exercises relevant to the participants.

Understand organisational behaviour using the experiential ‘Personal Growth Lab’ (PGL)— a series of scientific psychometric assessments, management exercises and outbound experiential training.

- 3-5 years of work experience in retail organisation
