Global Owner Manager Program
The Global OMP faculty at SP Jain are stalwarts in family managed business, having specialised in the subject for at least a decade or more. Led by Dr Parimal Merchant, our excellent professors have an immaculate way of connecting with the student community on personal and business issues, giving students an extended learning and comfort of asking questions, without hesitation.
KNOW MOREThe program includes one-and-a-half days per month of classroom lessons on weekends over the course of 12 months at SP Jain’s state-of-the-art campus in Mumbai. The lessons learnt are highly relevant and can be applied by students to their family business real-time to witness the immediate impact.
The SP Jain Global OMP is built on the principle that leaders, no matter what type, will be faced with different decisions, many of which will also be difficult. Combining case studies, discussions, debates and real-world tools, you will develop new approaches to decision-making and gain valuable insights into issues such as nurturing effective business and family relationships, developing long-term customers, maintaining ownership control, managing operations and resources, defining new business initiatives and managing conflict.

There is an explosion of opportunities. Within this, Indian family businesses with their business acumen, cost understanding and creative thoughts have a tremendous advantage.
While the program imparts modern and global perspectives, it also addresses cultural issues specific to family businesses grounded in culture, traditions and family beliefs. The program also enables students to learn about varied family interfaces and changes in the family cycle.
The program offers participants lifetime access to SP Jain’s eminent faculty, thriving alumni network and the opportunity to mentor subsequent batches and participate in campus events and refresher programs.
