DEVELOP DECISION-MAKING & LEADERSHIP SKILLS
The SP Jain Global FMB program is built on the principle that leaders, no matter what type, will be faced with different decisions, many of which will be difficult. Combining case studies, discussions, debates and real-world tools, you will develop new approaches to decision-making and gain valuable insights into issues such as nurturing effective business and family relationships, developing long-term customers, maintaining ownership control, managing resources, defining new business initiatives and managing conflict.
ADD IMMEDIATE VALUE TO YOUR FAMILY BUSINESS
The Global FMB program includes one week of classroom learning at SP Jain’s state-of-the-art campuses, followed by three weeks of application-based learning at the student’s family businesses every month, culminating with the submission of a robust business plan. During the application phase, students can test and apply their classroom lessons and witness the impact it has on their family businesses.
