Dr Alessandro Cavelzani has been a practicing psychotherapist for the past 15 years and is member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis. He got his PsyD Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Relational Psychoanalysis at the Italian Institute of Relational Psychoanalysis SIPRE in Milan, Italy and his PhD in Psychology of Communication at IULM University in Milan, Italy. As an active researcher, he continues to publish papers focusing on leadership.

Boman Moradian has been teaching at SP Jain School of Global Management for more than 13 years. He has extensive industry experience in Production, HRD, Marketing, Advertising and Management Consulting in his career spanning 45 years. He is a Management Consultant in the field of Operations Management and assists organisations improve productivity.

Dr Evelina Gillard has worked at the Kempinski Headquarters, in a real-estate investment firm, as well as in banking, automobile, and luxury services. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and a Master in International Business Administration from the University of Geneva.

Hansel D’Souza has over 25 years of teaching experience. He heads a brand consultancy firm and has built over 50 brands across different domains. He has addressed and presented papers at several international conferences and seminars. His workshops are extremely interactive. His motto is – make learning fun!

With experience in education and research, as well as in social entrepreneurship, Dr Paola Ossola holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour Studies in Tourism from the University of Pavia, a master's degree in Managerial Economics, and a bachelor's degree in International Management.

Dr Sheetal Jain is Founder and CEO of Luxe Analytics, a luxury market consulting firm based in New Delhi, India. She is a luxury market strategist, researcher and consumer behaviour expert. She has been widely covered across print and digital media as a thought leader in the luxury domain. She is featured in leading magazines such as Forbes, Mint, Luxury Daily, and IBEF, to name a few. She has 25+ research papers published in ABDC journals. She holds a PhD in Luxury Consumer Behaviour.

Yuriy Barabantsev obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics, holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and a PGCert in Higher Education from the University of Derby. His career in education began in 2001, focusing on delivering courses related to Finance and Statistics in the US, France, and now in Switzerland.
