CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency)

  • Worked with the CIIILP (Canada India Institute-Industry Linkage Project), a bilateral initiative between the Government of India and the Government of Canada to make the Indian technical education system more responsive to the changing socio-economic environment
  • Worked with the executive staff of the Project to develop sustainable models in India for effective interaction and linkage between technical Institutions and Industry
  • Authored two books for the Project titled "Introduction to Demand Driven Education" and "Creating a Curriculum and Learning Package" (May 2002 – April 2006)

Paymaster Services:

  • Strategised and implemented the expansion plans for a BPO firm specialising in outsourcing the payroll function for large corporates
  • Clients included P&O Nedlloyd, Maersk, Morgan Stanley, ING Vysya Bank and the Development Bank of Singapore
