Corporate/Consulting Experience

  • Chief Strategy Officer overseeing P&L of AED 400m in group of 23 companies, full restructuring, operational excellence, cost slashing, designed & developed UAE’s first B2B ECOM platform, added AED 42.5m to balance sheet.
  • Head of project for new corporate strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, and Future of Work including AI and 4IR transformation for AED 2bn family group of companies in Abu Dhabi. Earned preferred employer nods with LinkedIn and Informa, and Platinum partner status with the UAE government.
  • Leadership and strategy development, 4IR & core business alignment for Nissan. Earned Global Best Distributor Award in 2019.
  • CEO of IoT tech startup, full P&L responsibility, designed corporate architecture, hired executive team, and led through Series A funding to secure USD 6.5m, enabling expansion throughout GCC.
  • New product development for UAE-based multinational FMCG company enabling expansion of USD 500m industry into 6 new countries through decentralised manufacturing. Academic case study published. Product won 2014 SIAL Innovation Award and 2014 Gulfood Best New Halal Food Award.
  • Head of project for restructuring and digital transformation at a UAE 40-year old MFG family firm with AED 200m t/o, slashing costs, adding new revenue streams and setting in place the first non-family GM.
  • Head of project for restructuring a KSA FMCG Retail family firm, 1000+ Employees worth USD 400m. Executive reshuffling along with policy, procedure, and process redesign for all business units. CEO subsequently won the prestigious CEO Award in 2018 from CEO Magazine.
