The day commenced with a gracious welcome from Mr Rathore, marking the beginning of insightful sessions led by key figures such as Mr Ashok Rathore (General Manager), Mr Rohit Gupta (Director of Rooms), Mr Raghu Deora (Executive Chef), and Mr Pradeep Kumar (Security Manager). These sessions unfolded a wealth of knowledge, providing the students with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in overseeing a world-class establishment.
Guiding the students through an immersive heritage walk, Mrs Garima Patel, the Director of Learning and Development, skillfully unveiled the rich history and cultural significance embedded within the palace. In the evening, the dedicated staff of Rambagh Palace curated a bespoke menu exclusively for the SP Jain MIHB students. The Suvarna Mahal, with its opulent charm, served as the backdrop for an extraordinary dining affair, highlighting the fusion of professional distinction and unmatched luxury.
The second day at Rambagh Palace was nothing short of spectacular. The students were treated to a wellness experience, highlighting the importance of holistic well-being in the hospitality industry. This was followed by an immersive bartending experience, where they learned the art of crafting exquisite cocktails in a setting that exuded grandeur.
