Lee Germon, a former NZ Cricket Captain and current General Manager with the BBL team Sydney Thunder, visited the Sydney campus on 16th January. Lee has played 12 tests and about 30 One Day Internationals, having also played 100 first class cricket matches.
Delivering a guest lecture on how passion for sports can be combined with business, Lee shared his sports experiences and provided insights on developing leadership and the business of professional sport including professional T20 Cricket.
Lee Germon has a strong background in corporate marketing and professional sports administration including being the CEO of Tasman Rugby Union in NZ, and the CEO of Canterbury Cricket in NZ.
