On 6th November 2025, MGLuxM Batch 16 students visited Tiffany & Co.’s flagship store in Milan, where they were welcomed into an environment designed to reflect the brand’s long standing heritage and refined sense of luxury.
Throughout the visit, the Tiffany team introduced the students to the brand’s history, its signature jewellery collections, and the iconic Tiffany Yellow Diamond.
The store’s appointment based approach demonstrated how Tiffany creates a personalised, exclusive, and high-touch client experience for every visitor.
For the MGLuxM students, this behind-the-scenes look was as a valuable extension of their classroom learning. Concepts such as luxury retail strategy, clienteling, heritage storytelling, and emotional brand connection were not only discussed but experienced firsthand, offering a practical understanding of how a global luxury house operates at its highest standard.
The visit concluded with a Breakfast at Tiffany’s, in a relaxed setting to absorb the day’s experiences and reflect on Tiffany’s approach to luxury.
Such experiential visits are an essential part of the MGLuxM learning experience, offering students meaningful exposure to global luxury environments and helping them translate classroom concepts into real world insights.
