Under the theme “Truth or Dare?”, the speakers will awe participants with their inspiring journey to success. Success means different things to different people. But how do you achieve what you desire? Face the Truth or Dare to be different. The first-ever TEDx event conducted by SP Jain Global will cover a variety of speakers from different facets of life, who have carved a niche for themselves using the road less taken.
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxSPJAINMUMBAI, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxSPJAINMUMBAI event, speakers from various walks of life will come together to spark deep discussions, debates and connections. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

Professor Christopher Abraham is the Professor and Head of Campus (Dubai) at SP Jain School of Global Management. A permanent resident of Canada with three Post Graduate degrees in Business Administration, HRM (Marketing) and Labour & Administrative Law, and a PhD in Positive Psychology, Prof. Chris is a Certified Design Thinker from IDEO/Stanford and has 32 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, and management education in India, Canada, Singapore and the UAE.

Anuja Kapur is a Criminal Psychologist, Counsellor, Social Activist and a Lawyer with the Supreme Court of India. Being a regular on leading news channels and top newspapers for her valuable inputs on violence in the society, she is a recipient of several national and international awards. Anuja has a strong social media following and is the founder of “Nirbhiya Ek Shakti”, an NGO for Victim Assistance, providing aid in the form of Counselling, Legal Aid, Vocational Courses, and Rehabilitation.

While the original idea was just to keep himself busy, TBK has now turned into a mini Bohri food revolution, taking the Bohri cuisine and culture to non-Bohris across India. When he's not doing this, he sails.

She is a Creative Educator and Facilitative Trainer who leaves an indelible impact on her audience through Dance, Drama and Art. Kala is currently empanelled with Tata Sons for their CSR Project supporting Youth Skill Development.
