 Lisbeth
M Claus 
MBA PhD, GPHR, SPHR, is Associate Professor of HRM at the Atkinson School,
Willamette University, Portland, Oregon, USA. She is a HR Generalist,
and her areas of interest include Managing Organizations and Global
HRM, performance management of MNC's and work-life balance. She is a
content expert, instructional designer, and train-the-trainer of the
SPHR®/ GPHR® certification preparation
course, and a global expert panel member in the SHRM®.
 Steven
A Miranda
SPHR, GPHR is the Chief Human Resource and Strategic Planning Officer
for the SHRM®. He is responsible for both development of world-class
HR programs, as also globalization and planning strategies. Prior to
joining the SHRM®, he has created HR initiatives and programs targeted
at improving global organizational effectiveness in many companies.
He has traveled extensively around the world and served as one of three
United States representatives into the North American Human Resource
Management Association, the representative body for North America into
the World Federation of Personal Management Associations (WFPMA).
 Debi
S Saini
PhD, is Professor & Chairperson - HRM area, at the Management Development
Institute, Gurgaon, India. His areas of interest include strategic HRM,
new industrial relations and employment law. He teaches postgraduates
and doctoral students of management, and regularly conducts several
Management Development Programs. He has been delivering many seminars
and workshops in different countries. He has to his credit two case
studies developed by him distributed by the Harvard Business School
Cases and European Case Clearing.
Suman Nair
TISS graduate with close to sixteen years of experience in strategic
and operational capabilities to ensure organizational effectiveness.
She has contributed extensively to competency development, talent management
and leadership emergence in various organizations. She is a Master Trainer
with SHRM® India to train on PHR and SPHR modules, and
a trainer for the module on GPHR®.
Lance Jensen Richards
GPHR, SPHR is Senior Director and Global Practice Leader for Kelly
Services' HR Consulting Group. He has worked in the field of HR in various
organizations at the top of the hierarchy, involving different domains
of HR. He has over twenty years of experience as a HR professional,
and fifteen of those are focused in the International HR field. He has
presented at many HR conferences and seminars around the world, and
is an acclaimed speaker on globalization and workforce strategy. He
sits on the Talent Strategy Board for the Human Capital Institute, and
serves as one of SHRM®'s three instructors for the Global HR Certification
Preparation course. From 2001 to 2006, he was a scheduled editorial
columnist on global HR topics for the UK's most widely read HR publication,
Personnel Today.
