At S P Jain, we strive for excellence, and in our pursuit of delivering the highest quality of educational and managerial training, we have set up within our Centers for Executive Education, a Center for Leadership in Singapore and a Center for Human Resources Management in Dubai.

CENTER FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT - DUBAI

In today's increasingly competitive environment, organizations face HR challenges like never before. They need competencies that build organizational culture aligned to the needs of business. The challenge for HR is to deliver sophisticated HR practices to attract the best people, retain and motivate them to give their best. To serve this need, S P Jain has established a Center for Human Resources at its Dubai campus.

Under the Center, a HR best practices club called the HR Exchange will publish survey results, and share data on a regular basis with the HR community. The Center will also offer some domains of HR consultancy, short and long term executive learning courses, and a Speakers Forum.
