** On completing the program, the Dubai visa must be cancelled. This carries an additional cost of approximately 585 AED / 160 USD. This is payable at the time of cancellation and this amount is not included in the figures mentioned above.

Note:

  • Fees are payable at our Dubai and Singapore campus only in AED or USD. No rupee payments will be accepted in India.
  • Students pay their own airfare.
  • Accommodation costs include hostel charges in Dubai, Singapore and Sydney. The hostel accommodation fees do not include meal costs.
  • It is normal to spend AED 700 per month or SGD 500 per month or AUD 750 per month towards food and other living costs.

All students are expected to bring a laptop for their exclusive use. Specifications will be given at the time of admission. Students are free to buy their own laptop as per the specifications we provide.

It is preferred that students use a Smartphone in the classroom for polling and interactive responses during lectures. The specifications could be:

  • iPhone/iPod with IOS 4 or higher OR
  • Android phone version 2.2 or higher OR
  • Blackberry version 6.00 or higher
  • Nokia Symbian and other models of phones are not supported.

  • Last date for payment of all fees/monies is September 15, 2012.
  • Payments received post the last date of September 15, 2012 will carry an interest rate of 15% p.a.
  • The Singapore and Dubai visas would be processed by S P Jain.
  • The Australian visa needs to be processed by the student.
    S P Jain would assist students with the documentation.

    Please ensure that you fulfill all criteria for securing the visa.

Applicable if Australia student visa is rejected:
All monies (Registration fees and additional fees) paid by the applicant, before applying for the Australian visa will be refunded, if the Australian student visa is rejected.

Applicants would be required to produce valid proof that their visa has been refused and the reason for the rejection of the visa, to receive the refund. If unable to substantiate, S P Jain has the discretion of not refunding the fees paid to the applicant.

Applicable on any other grounds:
The Registration fee of USD 5000 is non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstance.

For any refund request received until September 15, 2012, the registration fees of AED 18500/USD 5000 will be deducted. The remaining balance is refunded.

For any refund request received starting September 16, 2012 until December 31, 2012, only half the sum of tuition fees + books + accommodation costs will be refunded. There would be no refund under any other circumstance.

After January 1, 2013 there will be no refund.

The above refund policy is applicable irrespective of the cause for refund and includes medical, emergencies, and all other causes.

All decisions made by the institute will be final and any disputes will be dealt with under UAE jurisdiction.
