Corporate Experience

• Was a leadership expert with McKinsey & Company and a pioneer member of the team that launched the McKinsey Center for Asian Leadership, which offers strategic leadership expertise to MNCs in the Asia-Pacific region.

Academic Experience

• Faculty member, Singapore Management University (SMU), where she started the Leadership through Mentoring Program and served as Head of the Center for Teaching Excellence.
• Directed Executive Education courses for a variety of diverse industries
• Delivered lectures on leadership topics at:
  • The Indian Institute of Management,
  • The Global Forum on Management Education,
  • The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and
  • The International Conference on Business.

Publications

• Her published work has appeared in various academic journals, including the Leadership and Human Values monograph, “Reinventing the Academy Through a Keystone Course on Leadership.”

Other Activities

• Council Member of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs
• Regular commentator and analyst on leadership issues for Channel News Asia.
