On the 27th of January 2011, S P Jain organised the first edition of 'HR Conclave 2011' to envision the HR challenges at Global Workplace 2020 - The emerging trends seen and their strategic impact on HR functions and corporate strategy.

The 2 day event held at Holiday Inn Atrium, Singapore brought together more than 75 HR Directors and Vice Presidents from across South East Asia, the Middle East and India, all gathered with the intention of understanding the changing business landscape and how organisations can adapt to stay successful. The keynote speakers of the event were Mr Stephen Tjoa, Partner, People Performance & Culture, KPMG, South East Asia and Mr Yogi Sriram, Executive Vice President, HR, L&T Limited, India.

The first day commenced with a small presentation by Prof John Davis, Former Dean, Global MBA Program, S P Jain showcasing the background of S P Jain School of Global Management and how the Global MBA program has helped mould Gen Y. The senior management of S P Jain revealed key results and findings of a recently held survey as to how MBA programs are shaping up to meet industry standards.
