Librarians
Job
To assist faculty and students to search out their information needs,
critically evaluate the materials they locate, and use technological
means to synthesize their findings into new knowledge. Librarians must
be proficient in the use of the new technologies to promote them and
instruct students and teachers in their use. As students become more
self-directed learners, the librarian acts as a resource person in the
students quest for supporting information and the development of appropriate
presentation strategies.
Profile
Should have handled this position before in any organization or an university.
Preferably a Master's degree in Library Service from an accredited college
or university

Compensation
Around Rs. 7 - 9 lakhs annually (USD 15,000) for international postings. The

Administration/Facilities Manager
Job
To look after all aspects of the campus running including maintenance, security, transport and all student and staff activities.
Profile
Should have handled this position before in any organization, university or company. Knowledge and work experience in Human Resources and some technical knowledge would be preferred. Excellent people skills and good communications is a must.

Hostel Manager
Job
To look after all aspects of the hostel including maintenance, security, transport, medical and food.
Profile
Should have handled this position before in an organization or an university and
be a good administrator. Excellent people skills and good communications is a
must. Candidates with an education qualification from a hotel / hospitality school would be preferred.

IT Manager/Web Manager
Job
To manage the IT requirements of the entire organization –
an important part of the job would be to explore and put into place
various web marketing tools for the organization and its programs. Knowledge
of CRM software will also be an added advantage. In addition help in
updating the website, do miscellaneous programming jobs, liaison with
vendors for hardware and software, etc.
Profile
The person should be an expert at web designing, web data analysis,
internet marketing tools and have knowledge of current and latest IT
programs and be able to handle ordering and upkeep of the organizations
hardware requirements.

Mumbai
