We are looking for a person to head our HR department and handle all recruitment activities of the organization including frame HR policies and procedures.

Profile

Applicant needs to have held a similar position in a leading organization or education institution and have work experience of atleast 7-10 years in the field. The applicant should have knowledge of labor laws and regulations and excellent peoples skills and networking abilities. This job will require extensive traveling in India and overseas if required.

Compensation

Around Rs. 10-15 lakhs annually. The above is purely indicative and the exact compensation will be person dependant.
