Integrating Learning with Practice

A very unique feature of the S P Jain BBA program is the Action Learning Project. Students work closely with practicing managers of leading companies to complete their projects which exposes them firsthand to the local business environment. This particular feature is designed to create global awareness in students of the policies and regulations that govern corporates, enhancing understanding of the challenges of working across cultures, as well as helping them develop strategies to deal with such challenges. Most importantly, the projects will enable them to use their business skills and knowledge in the real world, hone leadership skills as well as develop strong professional networks for the future.

This project motivates students to indulge in independent learning involving reading, discussion, problem identification and evaluation as well as research and professional writing.
