Annual Registration Fees:
¹ Students applying in Cycle 1 would be given a rebate of USD 500 and students applying in Cycle 3 would have to pay a premium of USD 500

Books:
An invoice at actuals would be raised per semester (an estimated cost per semester may be taken at USD 300-350)

Visas:
² On completion of year 2 in Dubai, the visa would need to be cancelled for which an additional cost of approximately AED 575/USD 160 would be payable by the student (the same would be charged at actuals at the time of cancellation of the visa). This amount is not included in the amount mentioned above ³ Australia visa - Students would be personally responsible for obtaining the visa. S P Jain would facilitate and assist with all the documentation. Visa fees would be paid by students as applicable. Students are required to demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses towards tuition fees, living, travel and/or any other personal expenses. We recommend that students familiarize themselves of the visa requirements to ensure their eligibility for issuance of a student visa. Full details on student visas for Australia are available on http://www.immi.gov.au/students/students/chooser/ Visas for Dubai and Singapore would be processed by S P Jain on receipt of ALL tuition fees.

Insurance:
⁴ Figures mentioned are indicative for Dubai and Sydney. Actual figures would be billed at the commencement of each year

Laptop

All students are expected to have a laptop for their exclusive use. Students are free to buy their own laptop as per the specifications given by S P Jain at the time of admission.

Note:

The tuition fees are to be paid in 2 installments - 50% per semester
All other fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of the program
Fees are payable at S P Jain's Dubai and Singapore campus in USD
For the sake of convenience, students from India may pay their fees at the India Liaison office in USD. No rupee payments would be accepted.
All airfares would be borne separately by students.

Refund Policy

The Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable

Refund amount	Only half the tuition fees paid for the semester would be refunded. There would be no refund under any other head.	Only half the tuition fees paid for the semester would be refunded. There would be no refund under any other head.
The above refund policy is applicable irrespective of the cause for refund and includes medical emergencies and all other causes. If a student is found to violate S P Jain's honor code, there will be no refund of any amount under any circumstance.

All decisions made by the institute will be final and any disputes will be dealt with under Singapore jurisdiction

⁵ Housing costs indicated for Sydney are indicative and actual costs would be advised at the commencement of year 3 and 4.

Student Housing Policy

It is mandatory for students to opt for S P Jain housing in Dubai except for those students who are residents of Dubai. It is not mandatory for students to stay on campus in Singapore and Sydney but it is highly recommended. If a student wishes to, he/she can make his/her own accommodation arrangement. Housing through S P Jain would be on a first-come-first-serve basis strictly on availability basis
Housing fees for the entire year are to be paid by August 6, 2012. Fees cannot be paid per semester
Interest at the rate of 15% pa would be charged for payments received after August 6, 2012.
Student Housing fees once paid would not be refunded under ANY circumstance.
Accommodation would be made available 2 days before the start of orientation and up to 2 days after the end of the academic year.
If a student requires student housing during the semester/summer break, he/she would have to inform the institute in advance and pay an additional cost for the stay during the breaks.
The student housing fees do not include meal costs.
