Providing a supportive and trusting environment to the students

S P Jain School of Global ManagementCounseling & Coaching Center has been developed to provide a safe, supportive, trusting, and confidential environment which empowers students to develop the awareness, values, and skills they will need to meet future challenges and lead vital, meaningful lives. Our services include coaching workshops, individual and group counseling and coaching sessions.

The Counseling & Coaching Center is staffed by competent, experienced mental health professionals who, as part of the larger S P Jain community, are dedicated to the personal, social, leadership, and academic development of all S P Jain students. Our staff is committed to the continued development of awareness and appreciation for individual differences within our diverse campus community. We strive to promote inclusion and to affirm diversity in its broadest sense by fostering an emotionally safe and respectful environment.

Each year approximately 500 students come to the Counseling & Coaching Center for issues concerning roommate difficulties, loneliness, lack of self-confidence, procrastination, family problems, interpersonal conflicts, problems in intimate relationships, questions about relationships, depression, cultural/ethnic concerns, achievement conflicts, leadership development, change management and decision making. Information obtained during counseling sessions will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Center without your knowledge and written consent.
