S P Jain will shortlist students based on their Year 10 or most recent Board exam (taken in the past 2 years) and S P Jain's Entrance Test (SPJET) score. The SPJET is mandatory for ALL students. The test would be conducted periodically in multiple cities.

It is not necessary to have your Std 12 result in hand at the time of application.

Students will not be short listed for evaluations until and unless they have taken the test and obtained a score that meets our requirement. Please note that since the S P Jain entrance test (SPJET) is an internal exam and one of several criteria used to evaluate a student for admission into the BBA program, we would not be declaring the score obtained by a student. Students would be advised via email if their results meet S P Jain's requirements. Students should apply before taking the entrance test.

The admissions team will shortlist applications based on past academic performance, English Language proficiency, Entrance Test (SPJET) score and other achievements. Short listed students would then be required to undergo an evaluation. The evaluation consists of Essays and a Personal Interview. The centers are Singapore, Dubai and Mumbai.

A student could attend the evaluations before his/her Std 12/IB results are declared. However, a student must send S P Jain the Std 12/IB results latest by August 10, 2012.

Based on their performance during the evaluations and their overall profile selected students will be offered conditional admission (if their Year 12 results are not in hand) as per the requirements for Year 12 mentioned above as per the cycle they are evaluated in

S P Jain will have 3 admissions cycles for the Academic Year 2012

Cycle 1 - applications received upto December 31, 2011
Cycle 2 - applications received upto April 30, 2012
Cycle 3 - applications received upto July 31, 2012

Students will be evaluated based on the cycle they apply in. Once a student has been offered conditional admission he/she would be required to pay the first year annual registration fee of USD 2000** to accept the offer.The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstance except incase a student fails to satisfy the condition(s) of offer, then S P Jain would refund the entire annual registration fee paid.

A student needs to submit only one application. In fact, duplication of applications may lead to a student's form/admission being disqualified.

Students should also carefully read through the FAQ Section on the website for further clarity. Please carefully read the procedures and follow the steps. Students are encouraged to get in touch with us in case of any queries.

Complete the application form and send it to S P Jain. The same could be done on-line which is the fastest way, or by hardcopy. Further details of both options are given below. There is no application fee at the time of making the application. Please save/print/copy the online/hard copy form for your future reference.

S P Jain will conduct its internal Entrance Test (SPJET) periodically in designated centers. The test fees are as follows:

Entrance Test (SPJET) Fee - USD 45

Detailed procedure for the Entrance Test (SPJET) and payment for the same will be uploaded separately on the BBA website prior to conduction of the test.

Short listed students will need to pay the following fees:

Evaluation Fee - USD 55

Students are required to pay the above fee prior to requesting for an evaluation date.

The results of the evaluation will result in one of 3 possibilities
(a) an offer
(b) waitlist
(c) regret

Students will be informed of their status within 10-12 days post evaluations
